What We Collect

- Name and city (collected during onboarding).
- Transaction history (deposits, bets, withdrawals).
- KYC documents (only when cumulative withdrawals exceed ₹50,000).
How We Use Your Data
- Issue and maintain your ReddyBook / Reddy Anna ID.
- Process deposits and withdrawals.
- Provide customer support over WhatsApp.
- Detect fraud, laundering and abuse.
What We Never Do
- Sell your data to third parties.
- Share your data with advertisers.
- Contact you for marketing without consent.
- Store your password in plaintext.
Data Retention
Transaction history is retained for 7 years per Indian financial record regulations. Your WhatsApp thread is retained for the lifetime of your account for support continuity.
Your Rights
- Access. Request a full export of your data via WhatsApp.
- Correction. Update your name, city or KYC data via WhatsApp.
- Deletion. Request full deletion; we preserve only legally-required transaction records.
- Objection. Opt out of any non-essential communication.
